Don't knock those churches that respect reverence. I have noticed that people that attend the "less fun" churches seem to get alot more out of the services, enjoy them very much, and actually have a clue about salvation and who God really is. Not some dumbed down version of God, but the God of the Bible. And, who is to say that actually teaching the Bible is not fun?

Thanks for posting the video! I missed part of it at last week's service, so I'm glad to be able to catch the whole thing.

BTW, "chfunch" may not have been a word, but I can assure you it is one now! And I am rather fond of it already...

Well, back to getting ready for the 6pm online chfunch service. Thanks again!

I'm going to make a controversial statement. Often "reverence" is more about the pride of trying to look holy than approaching our Daddy (English version of what Jesus called Him) with respect and delight.

If your worship is stale and boring, that's not reverence; that's "acting holy" instead of being a fool, like David, for the Lord.
