Super Bowl Sunday
Super Bowl Sunday means no 6 pm service at Buckhead Church. We tried it once, going up against the Super Bowl. (And I’ll admit that it was my idea.) I thought for sure people would skip the Super Bowl (especially since the Falcons weren’t playing in it) to attend church. Around 12 people did. We learned a hard lesson that night.
So, we’ll see you Sunday at 9 and 11. Special guest John Ortberg will be with us. In the meantime, we give you Tripp, Tyler and former Pittsburgh Steeler Jerome Bettis to prepare you for Super Bowl Sunday.
