I have MANY chains binding me related to food issues. Going without sugary snacks and foods for 3 weeks broke one of them...I no longer NEED to have dessert after a meal. I don't want to go back! I started this journey to pray for a friend and my community, and it's had the double effect of physically making a difference in ME. Praise God! As I now attempt to tackle fried/ greasy foods, I definitely say Only God!!! This journey has been amazing for me. I have MANY chains binding me related to food issues.
