School Adoption Update
If you haven’t heard, Buckhead Church is adopting Woodson Elementary School as one of our Intersect partners. Are there any opportunities for us to give this school more then just money?? Can we help build the play ground, clean classrooms, bake cookies, help kids with homework, etc.?? Let us know!

I am so excited! Maybe we can do something for the teachers…like have a special lunch for them or take lunch duty for them one day, so they can eat in peace! (yep, former teacher here)…or maybe a fun goody bag with giftcards for stuff for their classrooms!

Hey Katie! thanks so much for your excitement about our partnership with Woodson Elementary. The shoes, snacks, and playground are just the beginning of the opportunities we will have to give the school. We are hoping to have many ways for everyone to make a difference in the lives of the kids and this school in the next year!

I think this an awesome program. If possible, I would like to donate a pediatric wheelchair and pediatric walker to the school. My 5 year old son broke his leg this year at school and we had to buy him a wheelchair and walker which he only used for a few weeks. It was very difficult for us to get these items on such short notice and I would like for someone else to benefit from them someday.
